Molineux Extension

Can hang screens from where they want - the only thing I look at them for is the 'in game' timing when we are near the end of a game & it's close - both of the one's we have now are too far away to be certain on that anyway. I'd much rather watch the actual field play than the screen.

This season is the first time I have been in the BW Upper and the staircases are twice the width of the newer NB (though there are other issues with getting in & more relevantly getting out again) - that just smacks of penny pinching a bit.
They're quite handy for replays (when they show them!). Helpful to keep 2 nine year olds occupied at times before the match too - though i thought they were used better last season.

The BW is pretty good to be fair, i had season tickets in the Steve Bull (and old South Bank before) and it's definitely an improvement on that. Would be nice to be a bit higher up - we are top row of the bottom tier and it's still not quite high enough.

As I am a fair way back in the BW Upper - height is not an issue

Right on the goal line at the SB end so good view of action there - just means when we are attacking the NB end have little idea of what has actually happened!

I'm in the line with the 18 yard box near the NB, so have issues at teh other end. Its frustrating as we tend to score goals in the second half!!

Being down the 'other end' have enjoyed our goals this season

I like the new NB but was hoping for some stairlifts to be installed over the summer.

We have mostly been in the SB the last few seasons, I know most on here hate it but I don't mind it, however we were in the NB on Tuesday and it is more plush and got more leg room

Removing the doors and making the entrances wider for the Billy Wright toilets has made a huge difference to the concourse.

Considering Fosun's stated aims, but also the revamped matchday "experience" - flaming jets and all - wouldn't surprise me if they took Morgan's original plans and made it more ambitious, even glamorous, something more in line with what you're starting to see in newer NFL stadia even. They've basically said as much about changing things to work more to their taste with statements about "working with the original architecture firm on adapting the plans" (or words to that effect), although I don't see any logical reason why the North Bank would need to be knocked down and replaced for the sake of doing something differently. Much more likely, and much easier, to make cosmetic changes (replace the cladding or brickwork, new roof, that kind of thing) - the actual structure is and should be fine for our needs.

I wouldn't be at all shocked if, when the South Bank and Steve Bull are done, that they revisit the North Bank roof.

Couldnt they add seats/ rows to level out the NW quarant to be in line with the rest of the North Bank?

I don't think the roof is as chronic a problem to necessitate that. A lot of the issues (rain being driven in, noise capture) are in many ways mitigated by the continuation of the design down the Steve Bull side. It's worth remembering the North Bank was never designed to stand in isolation.

Just down from me. I'll go and take a look tomorrow.

Change of plan from the Fans Parliament minutes:

Code:
He also revealed a change of thinking with regard to the order of development, though, by saying the plan was now likely to be for the Steve Bull Stand to be rebuilt next, with the South Bank following that

Starting after end of next season too.

Looks like I’ll have to move seats sooner than I thought.

Is this called bantz?
