Wonder if that goal is disallowed if it was against any other team at any other ground.

It actually worked against Liverpool as Slob was sent off and Pawson was always going to blow immediately. Madness but suspect Pawson was correct to the letter of the Laws which don’t allow for common sense. Imagine if it had been 1-1 at the time

Boro top of the league now, combination of very good form since a Christmas wobble and Cov getting the jitters.

Obviously would prefer Albion to go down but Leicester would be a nice consolation. Sadly Oxford and Blackburn will probably save them both.
