Wonder if that goal is disallowed if it was against any other team at any other ground.

It actually worked against Liverpool as Slob was sent off and Pawson was always going to blow immediately. Madness but suspect Pawson was correct to the letter of the Laws which don’t allow for common sense. Imagine if it had been 1-1 at the time

Sereki at Sheffield Utd always really impresses me. Would be someone on my list of targets for next season, especially given our need in that area.

Boro top of the league now, combination of very good form since a Christmas wobble and Cov getting the jitters.

Maybe Handsome Rob could do a Saunders/Doncaster and take full credit for their promotion despite not being in charge for even half the season.

Looked pretty decent when I have seen them. Have a couple of Boro mates (one who attends and one who is a TV type) and both adamant they are better with the new guy even though their is usually variance between them.

Bit fortunate with the 2nd goal today mind as if that doesn't take such a spinning deflection think the keeper probably just takes that.
