Same with the bookings for being a gobby prick or ott time wasting..
Ipswich's keeper was booked early yesterday for time wasting. Took an age to take a free kick for no reason. Amazingly was pretty quick at releasing the ball after that.

Players and Managers need to change their behaviour.

Is it just me that thinks adding on all this extra time at the end of each half now is ridiculous?

I was thinking yesterday it’s definitely going to knacker people’s plans on getting away after the game. You could usually get a feel when you could book a train for. But now if the ref decides to play an extra 25 minutes you’re missing it or leaving early.

I'd expected more push back from the TV companies on this, makes it harder for them to squeeze multiple games together.

Arteta got one yesterday for demanding a City player was booked.

We will see if they carry on with it or buckle under the pressure put on them by the bigger clubs and go back how it was.

Reduce the 45 mins and stop the clock when the ball isn’t in play if you want to do it that way.

Agreed. It’s utterly ridiculous we can have goal line technology, VAR but not an independent time keeper who stops the clock when ball not in play.

It’s far worse than Beckham and Rooney they did it in era’s where VAR wasn’t about so you could get away with it if not spotted.
Reality England have been shocking in this game and deserve to go out regardless.
I think they’ll get to penalties and go out and it will be lauded as an heroic failure.
