Playing like this they won't be selling him and he won't want to play for us anyway.

I'll never understand why being animated on the touchline is considered a negative.

Because I really wonder how many players actually listen to yelled instructions or follow up on them.
Also I often think it's done for effective display.
Many is the time if the camera angle is right that you can the the coach yelling his bollocks off, arms all over the place and you look around and no one is paying him a blind bit of notice.
There's a little bit of me that thinks they are very aware the camera is on them and perhaps it looks better if I yell and shout and gesticulate, rather than leaning silently against the edge of the dugout like Nigel Clough.

Forrest submitted a complaint about the officials today. Looking at the two big decisions contentious at best but can see why they were both given.
