They'll win this tournament, they are a better team than West Ham were last year and Juventus being kicked out leaves the field clear

This where we get the “rangers & Celtic should be in the PL” crap
Then remind fans of both those clubs that the PL. has as much duty of care to them as it does PSG, Ajax, Feyernoord, Anderlecht etc basically fuck all

That ship's gone. Obviously they'd be Top 10 sides stature wise, but that won't increase tv contracts abroad so there's no incentive for the PL to want to do it, let alone those 13 teams who could go down in any season voting for it

No it’s mute point and it’s a completely hypothetical scenario that’s dreamt up by the old firm fans.

Weirdly there are nearly as many names that I recognize in that Luton squad than the Chelsea one. Either I'm very out of touch with football outside of England, Chelsea are signing people from God knows where or Poch has just decided to throw a load of kids in the squad tonight

Sterling with a great impression of us there.

Every single Luton match is going to have a David v. Goliath feeling, isn't it?

EDIT: Another big waste of a chance by Sterling. He's having Pep withdrawals even still.

...and he scores now. Great individual goal. Heard me talking shit.

Think it was Giles who started that string of poor defending.

Awesome! Luton on again next Friday against West Ham in an inspiring battle of long ball and set pieces.

Sky obviously trying to force me to get a social life.

He was very good last week tbf. Looks like he’s got his mojo back!

Aside from the goal he's coped well, especially as it seems Chelsea are specifically targeting him.

Oh I meant Sterling!
I'm not sure what to make of him these days. Obviously he popped up with that goal (which was a good one regardless of the quality of defending on show), but since he's moved to Chelsea he seems really unsure of himself. Although, he isn't the only one in Chelsea's team who seems to have that problem at the moment!

Why on earth didn't Chilwell shoot there!

For once, non-VAR benefits a minnow. Lockyer a bit lucky with that, IMO.

Giles crosses haven’t been up to much tonight.

Nothing to suggest VAR even looked at it either. I think Thiago dives but Lockyer was definitely asking for trouble.

It is very funny to me when a shirt grab happens that pulls the attacker backward but then they fall forward. Probably what did Silva in there.

Lockyer looks hilariously out of his depth. Like Eggert Jonsson levels.

Momentum of all that extra effort to get away from the super powerful tug innit.
