If it wasn't a foul, the keeper stops it entering that phase of play so it's legit to disallow. I personally thought it was harsh to call it a foul but I get why it is, and would argue the same if that was Jose Sa in that situation tooThe decisions weren’t howlers and you can see the logic in each call nevertheless the disallowed goal looks harsh, yes it’s a foul but the play has entered a new phase once they run the ball out, keeper is also well set when the goal is scored.
