Roles reversed and that would be a considerable ban for RobertsonI'd missed that one of the linesmen threw an elbow at Andy Robertson.
I'm not so sure, they couldn't even be arsed to charge Bruno.Roles reversed and that would be a considerable ban for Robertson
I think it was discussed in this thread a while back, this is all in the PGMOLs control but for some reason they don't.What the linesman has done is obviously wrong. What it doesn’t show is Robertson putting his hands on him beforehand and I think that Henderson did to the ref afterwards. It has to stop - players touching officials should be red carded instantly.
It looks like Robertson goes to grab Hatzidakis, who brushes him off with his arm and accidentally catches him. What the linesman has done is obviously wrong. This is my view of it and I think how it will be seen after review, probably no action apart from a warning. It looks like Robertson goes to grab Hatzidakis, who brushes him off with his arm and accidentally catches him.
It wouldn't be impossible for them to clamp down lack of respect towards officials and at the same time don't allow them to 'bottle' decisions. Atm neither the on field officials or VAR and more concerning PGMOL have the balls to make correct decisions. There's a reason why there isn't a great deal of respect for officials though. Not condoning it though obviously.
