Ironically he scored by cutting inside and hitting it with his weak foot, which is presumably the point of him playing on the right to do that with his good foot

The difference being the defenders expect you to go onto your stronger foot and adjust to cover that.

The defender here has said, 'go on then' as Neto cuts in on his right.

I think Neto is better played on the left personally as he plays inside most of the time anyway.

Obviously a lower level, but Riqui Puig looks the business for LA Galaxy. Not a hope of getting in a Prem side, though; heā€™s about as tall as Messi but half as thick.

Portland are so weird. They always start seasons horrendously and then about halfway through they suddenly become unbeatable.

Tonight very much in the ā€œmaybe Conference level if you squintā€ mode.

Nice little bottlejob going on at Sheff Wed. Went 20+ games unbeaten, then lost at Barnsley at the week and today handed Big Dunc his first win at Forest Green.

Ipswich in 3rd, three points behind and are on form of P6 W6 D0 L0 F16 A0.

Likely to be the case that 90 points isn't good enough for top two.

Plymouth have lost the plot away from home, too.

Wouldn't be surprised if Ipswich and Barnsley usurped them both.

Whatā€™s going on with this pitch at Hampden Park? Itā€™s an absolute cabbage patch. Canā€™t say Iā€™ve seen it much before, is it always a joke? I mean, i can understand the advantage for them in not being able to play football on it, but Iā€™ve played on better at Tooting common.

*knock on wood*

I can't believe Spain are about to lose to Scotland with nil. Crazy.

Can Spain sink lower than starting Joselu up front and then losing to Scotland?

Well having watched Burnley for the first time this season and given theyā€™re something like 16pts clear of 3rd place, if we continue to fuck up and end up down there next season and if we donā€™t lose 4 maybe 5 players at the end of the season.
If we canā€™t finish in the top two in that League then we really are shit.

I ainā€™t believing shit about our chances in the Championship. A lot of folks thought weā€™d have a good chance to come straight back up in 2012/2013, too.

Leagueā€™s a fuckinā€™ tar pit innit.

We'd have basically a new squad as anyone any good would leave, and probably a new manager too as I don't see Lopetegui being up for that league.

Impossible to say because we could get recruitment spot on as we did in 2017 or totally wrong as we did in any other number of years.

But it isn't a good league.

fantastic goal

Excellent few minutes for grealish. Stops a goal then makes one.

Rodri really is Busquets' successor in every positive and negative way. Prick of a player (very good one though).
