Live Match Discussion 2017/18

He's had a bit of a stinker there.

New TV deal rumoured to be 200 live matches a season out of the 380 Premier games a season with the likes of Amazon and Netflix throwing their hat into the ring for some of them

A wonderful strike by Joe Bryan, and Bristol City take the lead against Manchester United.

Should never have been a free kick anyway.

Never a free kick but what a strange wall, hope they defend like that against us.

They rode their luck at times, but I think Bristol City deserved that luck, and Manchester United can have few complaints.

Wolves will certainly have a tough game at Ashton Gate, they are on a great run of form.

"They were a bit lucky"

Stay classy Jose.

Great result for Bristol city - their moral will be through the roof.

They play with an incredible intensity which we must match when we play them.

I do wonder though if extra cup games may impact on their league campaign.

Aren't the semi final games usually in January? Whoever they get they will have one eye on that which hopefully we can capitalise on at the end of this month.

Fair play to them tonight, they played some really good stuff and as Frank said, United can have few complaints.

I think so, isn't the 3rd round of the fa cup in Jan too?

They’ll be fine. It’s two games ages away. They can rest players in the FA cup with wish. You’re going to play better as a result of beating Man Utd twice and being in the semi final of a cup competition. That’ll make up for any potential tiredness

Minimum 200 games, with 7.45 kick-offs on a Satuday included and 3 lots of midweek games having red button-esq accesss to choose which game you want to watch (a la Champions League)

Can't see the appeal for the likes of Amazon and Netflix as they are more catch-up services, will people watch re-runs of games they know the result of? FB could be a different proposition. Would be amazed if the status quo isn't maintained, Sky & BT will surely end up with similar deals to what they have now.
