Isn't it true that a lot of refs tell their assistants to only rule on offsides and throw ins? Hardly a surprise if some won't use the technology.

Wind my neck in? I'll think about it and get back to you. I did say that you're right and i said it just after i said that the referees are a problem and that the video ref thought it wasn't an obvious error hence me saying it's going to create more talk about decisions that are wrong. Changing the views of refs and their decision making is massive work imo.
