Real Madrid broke a Spanish record tonight. They have played 40 consecutive matches without losing. They surpassed Barcelona's previous record of 39 matches, by drawing 3-3 at Seville's Nervion stadium. They were losing 3-1, but completed a comeback, to make it 3-3, scoring in the 92nd minute.

What an appointment Monk looks for Leeds and he was on many lists for us here. If Lambert does as well in his first 6 months as Monk has we are in for a decent second half a season.Leeds have been a real shambles for 3 or 4 seasons. Its good to see them challenging again. A strong Leeds team is good for football.
