Live Match Discussion 2016/17

West Ham need to be brought to book over this. Since they have moved in it has been bad news regularly.

Isnt it something daft like the owners sort out the security and they use a foreign source to manage it.
I remember reading something about it.

Pretty sure the PornoDwarves and co are implicit in the current situation. If not before now, they will be forever more. The Met will insist on it.

Best tweet.

For those complaining, Chelsea + West Ham fans did organise to fight a mile away from the match. Unfortunately it was still in the stadium.

First time in his managerial career Guardiola has not won in 6 games.

First time since 2012 that Man City have failed to register a shot on target too I think.

What can be done about the situation at West Ham. The stadium is clearly not yet equipped to cope with high profile games. Someone will get badly hurt or worse unless the problem is addressed.

Well, the big problem is they were so keen to move in that the communications within the stadium are not up to spec yet and won't be until the start of next season. So the Met won't deal with a standard matchday inside. Obviously if it kicks off like last night they will pile in and assist though.

I reckon West Ham will be told to put the items the Met want in place for the next game. Let's face it, they have got a ground for free so they should be footing the bill.

Agreed. I also think there should be a significant reduction in the capacity. They know where the problem areas are, so shut those areas down until the fans safety can be assured. Scenes from last nights game were like a throw back to the 70's and 80's.

Fucking awesome finish from Sawyers against qpr

Sunderland are absolutely fucking mince. Really, really bad. And the place is like a morgue for this Arsenal training game.

Only just turned it on, Moyes will be proper broke after this latest stint I reckon.

Penalty to Sunderland and Cech possibly lucky not to get a card. Cracking pen by Defoe.

It's not a red any more so long as you're actually going for the ball.

Shitty refereeing again, should have been a penalty for Sanchez before.

Yes - under the rule changes a yellow is the maximum sanction now isn't it?

Sanchez also got booked for complaining. And he had a point. It looked a clear Arsenal pen a few minutes ago.

Could be argued Cech didn't go for the ball imo.

Either way I hate the rule change and think it should be a red regardless.

Nice finish by Giroud whilst I type!

That should be a red for januzaj, shocking kick.
