3-0 and another assist for Robbie.

LA look lower Prem quality, NYC L2 (and they have David Villa looking lost up front)

4-0 (70th min). Gerrard scuffed shot flicked in from 5 yards.

NYC are awful, really unforgivable considering some of the players they have (Diskerud, Pirlo, Villa, Poku, Iraola, et al.).

Four for LA now.

Pirlo being subbed.....and its the first time I have noticed he was actually playing.

Seen more of Frank Lampard, who is sat in the stands.

NYC get a penalty. Daft challenge really.

David Villa scores. 4-1

Gargan is probably the only LA player who would find himself really struggling in the Prem.

Lovely play for the fifth goal.

Should be 6 but both Gerrard and Keane over play it trying to create a chance for the other to score

FT 5-1

After the first 25 mins, that was a good game to watch.

Messi missed a penalty, but one of his dribbling runs beating about 4 players, was brilliant. The bloke is on another planet.

Lol at Thierry Henry's reaction to Brentdan saying they will look to "dominate space" tonight.

Immediately looked to Neville with a WTF expression then laughed his head off when Carragher said he had no idea what it meant.

Brentdan is becoming self-parody. Trying to be too clever by half. Hopefully he ends up looking a right nob.

Ramsey was not offside then - great ball from Cazorla.

Too fast and too tight to realistically see that was level.

Has Giroud even touched the ball yet?

Arsenal hari-kari attempt in defence. They were rather fortunate to get away with a succession of sloppy pieces of play there.

Only just got back in to watch this and i've been quite critical of Cech so far this season but he's made 2 world class saves.

Arsenal looking better this half but there is really very little end product yet.
