Lettuce Liz then Tetchy Rish! and the battle to replace him

Imagine the plans/ideas that they have baulked at.

These people are dangerous. When Piers Corbyn or Le Tosser are acting the tool it laughable because its a couple of freaks howling at the moon but this is mainstreaming this kinda stuff. People will blithely accept this shit as true.

It’s quite scary that the Tories actually think the British public will buy all of this shit they’re coming out with. Presumably they’ve done some research and genuinely believe that their policies are populist rather than simply being the product of a far right brainstorming session.

Are a majority of those folk not politically engaged really going to buy into the idea that Labour are woke about everything and that is awful? Surely most will listen to the narrative and just think “hmmm, you’ve been in power 13 years, fuck off with this bollocks”.

They've been on that road for years. Get asked a searching question and a stock answer is "I don't think the public are interested in X".

Not for you to say, is it fucko.

Many will, if they have been Tories in the past or are Tories now, these "policies" will feed their confirmation bias and they'll swallow it whole.

As you read down that list, it's just:

Meat tax? - well they could propose it? They'll be saying that Labour will bring back the baby eating bishop of Bath and Wells next.

Fair play to Ridge there, she's absolutely fucking mullered her

The spin on this one is going to be amazing*

Presume his speech will be " despite all the rumours, led by the woke, I am please to say HS2 will still come to Manchester. It may mean you have to use a handcar but we are fully committed to completing the project. Also Labour will tax you for having a pet"

*what I mean here is we are going to hear stuff that makes Gove's claims on Brexit sound truthful.

He’d be deserving of respect if he’d have quit on one of the numerous occasions when his party had been racist, sexist, homophobic or corrupt in the past.

"London Assembly Member Andrew Boff interrupted"

He really didn't..He was sat down and was to the very edge of the seating and was more talking to himself than shouting here down. She didn't stop talking.

You could pretty much write a book dismantling the lies and dog whistles told at this conference and in associated media

I incorrectly thought that this meant that the line would continue but be a cheaper version and at least give additional capacity 🤦‍♂️.
I don’t know about spades in the ground but there’s bridge structures in place from by the m6, the m42, the a38 In Lichfield and are these going to be left as relics to the incompetence of this conservative government?
He’s going to say tomorrow that our political system is too focussed on short term advantage not long term success. So he’s scrapping a long term project for a more quickly deliverable short term, lower cost alternatives. He’ll also claim to be the change candidate at the next election.
He’s a lying delusional prick.

Starmer should announce tomorrow that he’ll finish the project if elected.
