Jeremy Corbyn

He attended a parade in Somerset to mark Armed Forces Day as well as visting Glastonbury according to something on Twitter yesterday.

Did you just ignore this then Frank?

Unlike others on here, I do not ignore anyone or anything. I merely pointed out a fact that cannot be denied. I ask again, where was I talking nonsense, a question you are finding very difficult to answer.

Ha. Coming from the master of avoiding questions.

I think you are talking nonsense because it has been pointed out that he apparently attended a parade beforehand. You couldn't wait to find something to bash Corbyn with - something you have found rather difficult of late, so it was only natural you found the first opportunity.

Despite the fact that I congratulated Mr Corbyn on running a much better election campaign than Mrs May.

But it was a selective fact and should read:

Why is it nonsense?

Mrs May supported the armed forces.

Mr Corbyn supported the armed forces and went to a pop festival.

Kindly tell me on which point I am talking nonsense.

P.S. I'm not a Corbyn supporter.

He didn't go to the parade.

However it's a matter of such staggering unimportance that I can't believe bandwidth has been used to discuss it. Personally I despise the mawkishness that has come to surround the armed forces, it's a job, one they take of their own free will. They should be thankful we spend such an obscene portion of our budget on defence when no other sovereign state is going to attack us.

Fair enough. Apologies Frank (though I do still think you saw this as an opportunity to criticise Corbyn for little reason).

Give are troops Jeremy Corbyn's wages.

that's MILLIONAIRE Jeremy Corbyn, to you.

It's a matter of staggering importance because it reinforces the deeply held belief of some people who need the constant reassurance that their deeply held beliefs are believable even if there is evidence to the contrary.

Unless that letter was hand delivered to Jezza on the day it was written then there's no way he could have read it in time...

Nothing more than cheap point scoring.

It was also widely known that Corbyn had been booked for Glastonbury well in advance of any invitation(s).
