January Transfer Window, 25/26 Season

I'm amazed that people still believe in Mendes, the guy has continually fucked us over since that first initial beginnings of the relationship.

He's a fuckin leech, still here pulling the strings as the ownership haven't a clue and done nothing since being here to put anything remotely in place that resembles any form of proper governance.

No Mendes no neves, Jota, neto, Nuno. No 7th places.

We all knew back then he gives and then you pay back by overpaying.
Wolves fucked up by solely relying on him, then we completely pull the rug and lose the plot. Having Mendes can be a blessing, being smart about who we brought in was the problem, that and firing a load of scouts.

It’s not a case of believing in Mendes (at least from my personal view), it’s believing in him being a leech, and can see him starting that conveyer belt in a lesser fashion to nuno era.

He doesn’t care about the club, never has. Cares about making most money possible. I’d imagine we are far more useable in the prem.

Ofcourse he might well now have done what he’s wanted with us and have no big relationship, but if there’s money to be made, he’ll be there

Oh don't worry on that score, Mendes is still making plenty out of Wolves.

We're not seeing any benefit of it though...

Would I be the only one that thinks Tolu, Armstrong and Adams would be a sexfest for goals next season.

He’s going to score 20 this year, save us, and then never score again for the club.

It would be an adequate attack if a team is well set up and providing for them. Its not a front line that is going to create something for you or haul you out a poor performance with something special would be my concern.

It’s mentioned that we have an option to buy so we can send him back if he’s not a success or keep/flip for a profit if he is.

If Crystal Palace were as competent as we are I would agree with you Kenny. If Mateta is off one way or another either now or in the summer then it would be prudent to have your replacement in now.

They don't want to spend on Larsen without the money from Milan.

Such a weird signing. As in, it’s positive - I should be happy, but I can’t not question his motivations. Hard to feel it’s anything more than 6 months to put himself in the shop window for a summer move.

Do we know what the actual deal is yet?

If we are guaranteed to get him if we want him at the end of the season - it’s the greatest/weirdest deal of all time.

If he plays for 6 months then fucks off if he wants, it’s the worst deal of all time.

Because he’s guaranteed to fuck off if he’s given the option to.

Option to buy normally means we will have a window after the end of the season where we can say yes or no to purchasing him for the £7m
Also means we will have personal terms in place as well
