Lets not forget in our Championship winning season as well as the glamour signings such as Jota, Neves and Boly, we also had a load of journeymen such as Douglas, Bennet, Bonatini and Ruddy, also Doc and Coady who were universally hated on here. Obviously the issue will be can we keep enough class in the squad.

Benno was a big one for me. I'd looked at him for Norwich and though er, no ta. Then played vs Yeovil in the League Cup and looked shite and disappeared for weeks.

Once he worked out what Nuno wanted from him he was immense. And that goal at Bristol will always be one of my favourite Wolves moments of all time.

Something I should have mentioned in my post is we also had a Nuno.
My expectations are pretty low now, dont be embarrasing for the rest of the season and be competitive next season by being in the mix for promotion.

Felt a bit sorry for him yesterday, he was working his bollocks off, pressing, tackling and winning the ball back, while also recieving the ball from the defence and trying to get us going forward. Surprised he managed to keep it up.

Krejci as well I think. I'm not 100% sold on him but I think he is committed.

I think Bellegarde if played centrally in a 3 man midfield would be a very good Championship player. Probably only play half the games though as he pulls more muscles* than Glenn Tilbrook

Forgot about Bellegarde. Would be happy to keep him. Same with Krejci but not sure how realistic that is in the Champ?

Krecji feels like a loan to me, we won't get our money back so send him away and hope we go up first time. I doubt he wants to play in the Championship, but just maybe he likes, the manager the environment and wants to stay.

I'm hoping he and his advisors will think a season playing regularly at the top of the Championship will be better for his career than sitting on the bench for one of the big clubs.

Big gamble for him though. At the very least he'd need another new contract. Feels we are already planning for him to not be there to me, I don't see him and Armstrong as a fit
