I don't get why people are moaning about it tbh. It's never here that long. A minor inconvenience is all it is.
I walk to work in this weather. Instead of a short drive, I have an hours walk. Quite hilly, & tires me out, but at the same good exercise & some lovely views. Plus gives me a good chance to listen to some music.

If people can't deal with a little bit of snow then I despair.
