General Wolves News

Hmmm... The fans seem unhappy, let's troll them a little more

Can I be naive in thinking that new deals for Kilman and Sa are because we have agents banging our door on a regular basis with a whole host of clubs willing to sign them or are we just plain daft?

I will presume something has been triggered that has led to Sa getting the extra year with the option. Its a pointless extension so something has happened.
Who knows what we put in contracts signed during the Jeff is in charge years. We allowed a clause for Nunes to join another team a year ago so Sa probably has a "anyone puts in a valid bid I can get new deal with a pay rise" clause

Yep, Sa I'd say is something at play. Kilman I don't think is any deeper than an over evaluation of his talents, Napoli being bonkers and Hobbs being even moreso. After rejecting the offer his agent would have been all over the extension

Didn't realise we'd made Tory Aluko our DoF
You mock but it was his mate from Olympiacos who put the bid in....Cleary saw the Pep/Arteta set up for Rice and saw his chance...

Who knows what the actual reason is but its not just ah fuck it lets give this player with 3 years left a new deal is it.....is it?

@Deutsch Wolf Don't read Hobbs comments on Sa's new deal. Just for your own sanity

I don't mind Sa and think at times he gets a rough deal but even I am looking at the comments questioning if we have another Sa they are not telling us about

You're asking the wrong guy, I wanted us to get rid of the clown in the summer. Because he's not a young kid learning his trade who might develop and he continually makes stupid, avoidable mistakes that cost us.

I doubt he's on massively more money now, it just seems a waste of time and it certainly isn't rewarding good performance. Ultimately if we sack O'Neil before Christmas (the majority of us suspect we will) and the new guy decides Sa is a complete liability then he'll be off sooner rather than later.
