How does a club in their 8th year of Premier League status, never really under any financial pressure, end up in a situation where they have no goalkeepers or right backs fit for purpose and fielded both Marshall Munetsi and Jean-Ricner Bellegarde in midfield, voluntarily?

You've just imagined Upstairs Downstairs, a new gameshow devised and hosted by Jeff Shi.

The manager should go. You can't keep losing every week and get away with it, especially when you're making your own errors to compound the fundamental lack of quality we've left ourselves with. But it won't change very much.

We are absolutely doomed. We got 25 points in 2011/12 and we were a shocking rabble that by the end looked like they needed collective therapy. Well we need 24 points from 28 games to beat that tally now, how are we getting there? I can't actually see it.

Top to bottom, we need a reset. Start with the man who graded our transfer window as 9/10 and thinks it's alright to charge some of the highest ticket prices outside of London, then the guy who put Ki-Jana Hoever on the pitch today, and work downwards from there.

We realistically may not get 10 points. We are objectively the worst team I've ever watched at this level.

It’s just humiliating now.
We were beaten before a ball was kicked with what I think is one of the worst team selections I’ve ever seen.
There’s also a lot VP signings in this side and they’re all crap.
We all knew those side would lose and do it comfortably.
Pls get this clown out of the club, yes we’re doomed but don’t just accept it at least fight.
There’s no win coming, we are coming a media thing now where everyone is wondering how long this will go on. I said the 20 point thing a while back hoping it wouldn’t come true.
If you offered me 20 points now I’d be happy.
Objectively has to be one of the worst sides to try and play PL football along with a head coach who’s completely out his depth.

He has to go tonight.

We can't go on like this, the team selections alone tell you that this man is actively harming the club and their chances (as slim as they are) of getting out of this mess.

My verdict is we were dreadful, and damningly that was no surprise. I'd rather focus on the future without VP as surely he must go, but if the world was fair he'd be joined by Shi.

Winning six games on the trot last season, some without Cunha, resulted in a ridiculously high level of complacency. Everything since beating Leicester has been at best half-baked but predominantly an utter shambles. Thinking we could compete by replacing our two best players with unproven foreign signings with no experience of the PL was madness and most called it at the time. We're going down irrespective of who is in charge so a new manager needs to be set a realistic target to get the opportunity to bring us back up next season, beating Derby's record is too low but maybe 20 points is fair. I'd rather see a promising young manager than a serial failure like Rodgers, guess we'll find out soon.

First game I've not watched this season in some form or another. Very good decision, England were a great watch.

First time to ever lose first 10 top flight games in consecutive seasons

Edit. Not win rather than lose

Just watched the highlights. Our only highlight was bellegarde left foot straight down keeper

1st goal, do they not talk? Agbadou can deal with it, Krejci slides in, Agbadou out of position, easy.

Sending off is stone wall. He’s fallen off a cliff, massively.

Terrible from the limited I watched. Don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, but no idea how any manager, let alone a team in 20th as we are start with Gomes and Andre on the bench, in order to start bellegarde and move our best CB into midfield.

He has to go. Albeit it’s not entirely his fault. Its managed declined.

Was chatting to my mate the other day, and genuinely our 11 we’ve sold since we’ve been in the prem would likely be a top 8/6 team. It’s madness.

Sadly my son who is 4 has started football training, and is very vocal about being a wolves fan, which I love. My local is a Liverpool pub, to which he told everyone Liverpool are poo and wolves are the best. Sure when he turns 5 he’ll realise the truth 😩

That's a challenge:

Rui
Jonny - Boly - Coady - RAN
Jota - Neves - Donk - Neto
Cunha - ?

Only including those we received cash for.
