Good result after being down to 10 men and then a goal down. Good job Brentford are shit basically.

Hopefully get a competent ref/VAR pairing for the replay.

Doyle MOTM. Decent game with his CM partner gone, and a great goal.

Handled that well. Plus that's one of Joao's banned PL games we can cross off.

Happy with that.

I thought we looked a level above them before the red card, we would've beaten them easily. No complaints with João's red, it was a stupid tackle, but the stamp on Doyle was just as bad, maybe worse.

We basically conceded the entire first half to them after we went down to 10 men and that's where their goal comes from, not from any spell of particularly good football by Brentford, just the inevitable goal which comes when a team sits that deep.

The second half was excellent and we fully deserved the draw at the end of the game. Superb strike by Tommy Doyle, Neto & Cunha were excellent going forward and I thought the whole back 5 were brilliant.

Happy for Tawanda Chirewa getting his first start. Hope that isn't the last we see if him this season.

Replay dates are scheduled for one of Tue/Wed/Thu next week.

Palace v Everton is already on Wed.

Good result under the manufactured circumstances.
Doyle neat and tidy again, some good work in defence as well. Fantastic strike.
M.O.M. by a stretch.

Game spoilt on 8 minutes by a soft sending off, sides could have been levelled not long after but surprise surprise not reviewed. Brentford took the lead and looked like that might be the tie but we equalised 2nd half with an absolute beauty of a goal from young Tommy Doyle. We coped well with playing the majority of the game with 10 men and battled hard for the draw meaning we take them to Molineux in a couple of weeks for a replay

First off disgraceful and disgusting officiating. Clearly bent that ref. Gomes gets a red, which was not nearly as bad as the stamp made by the bees player on Doyle, later in the first half, which went unpunished! Then another bees player puts his hands on Semedo's throat, clearly a red under today's rules, but ref only gives a yellow! Corruption at PGMOL, the bastards! Anyway, thankfully our bravehearts righted the wrongs and against all odds, forced a reply. Fantastic goal from Doyle. Simply wonderful. He stepped up big time, in the absence of the warriors that are Gomes and Lemina. He was brilliant tonight, before and after his magic left foot took this game back to Molineux! UTW!

As didn’t get chance to watch, what was Bueno like?

The extra game is a far bigger issue for them than us. Just seen both challenges, how to use zero common sense in both situations, Gillett has stuck to clear and obvious on both calls meaning you’ve got inconsistent and frankly manufactured situation.

Like an old fashioned centre half. He's worryingly slow at times, and extremely one-footed, but solid enough and good in the air.

What do you mean “not reviewed”? People say this a lot and it’s just wrong. Everything is reviewed.
