I can live with a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 with Mount in the side and a Sterling/Kane/AN Other (probably Saka) up front. The players at the back in a four have got to Euro finals this season so we shouldn't have to worry about what the Germans have going forward. That's not to say we'll beat them though (better than evens for Germany to Qualify for those who want an insurance policy).

A 5-2-3 with Rice + Henderson/Phillips is not what I want to see.

Saka won't play if that's the way he goes. You've only got 3 forward options which will be Kane, Sterling and Foden.

If we lose playing that personnel in that formation the press will turn on him irrespective of how good his PR is
