This really annoys me. There's been a lot of focus on the lack of black managers at the moment and rightly so but I wish they'd stop reeling out idiots like Campbell, Crooks, Dublin and Ince to talk about it. I watched something the other day when Ince was crying about how well he'd done at Blackpool and how he used to manage in the Premier League as if his spell in charge of Blackburn was anything to be proud of. He then went on to say that it was a 'Crime' that John Barnes didn't have a job at a professional football club, citing his time at Celtic as an example of his great experience. Most Celtic fans will tell you that Barnes was the worst manager they've ever had! They look at him in the same way we do with Saunders.
