Cardiff 0 - 1 Wolves: The Verdict

Totally deserved win for me, love that we got stuck in and can get physical when we want.
Love that our bench give it out too,Cardiff get in the 4th officials ear all match and so must be prepared to take it too.
Apparently Costa and Cav were "leggy" after Hull but it also seems a great game plan from Nuno.

Everyone knows what Warnock is, but Nuno has to follow protocol, go up to him, shake his hand and say, "well played, unlucky". (With a big grin on his face of course). Warnock's made himself look worse by his lack of grace, but then again he is from Yorkshire isn't he? Wanker.

Bristol City. Middlesbrough. Cardiff.

All away games and all season defining moments and results.

100% - every successful season has defining moments where the team is tested and shows their character, and we've seen 2 in the last week! As much as we've had a handful of bad moments they are far and away outweighed by the good times. 2nd half of the season I think we'd all admit has not hit the heights of the 1st but there has still been plenty to enjoy, and the table does not lie.

That game..ugh. Took 10 years off me probably. Personally, thought we did a really poor job the last 10 minutes or so. Had many, many opportunities to put our foot on the ball and just keep it, but whether it was nerves, tiredness, or what have you, passes were being misplaced, the ball was being spannered clear when no pressure was being applied, and we really gave them far, far too many opportunities to chuck it back at us. We got away with it, for sure...but hell with it, I've seen us chuck enough games away in nowhere near as dramatic circumstances to say I will quite happily take this one to the bank.

With any luck we can wrap up promotion in the next couple. Title might have to wait a little longer but Colin's going to have a hell of a job to lift them after that, that could well be enough to drop them into the playoffs.

Nuno did do that, tbf. Just after running onto the pitch.

I know I'm biased in favor of Nuno but I can't imagine another manager not doing the same in the circumstances.

Wasn't it running off and celebrating on the pitch before shaking Warnock's hand?

Maybe he'd like to apologise for shouting to Craig Short to "fucking break Bully's legs".

Thought not.

The man has always been a total, total arsehole. I have no idea why anyone respects him.

To be fair, Nuno does let his emotions get the better of him, but Warnock really is a right serial wazzock.

He's a total tosser, with any luck Cardiff will implode and we will never have to see his red pasty gibbering face again.

No more than the likes of Conte or Klopp, surely, and I don't see them get the same attention for it.

I'm British and if I'd seen my team concede and then save* two penalties in the last 2 minutes of stoppage time I'd have been straight on the pitch to celebrate with my keeper!
Didn't Bill McGarry run straight onto the pitch to celebrate with Gary Pierce at the end of the '74 League Gup Final?

*I know, one was missed

I’m in my hotel room in Crete (I don’t expect sympathy) I’m surnburnt it’s nearly 1am and everyone around me is asleep for one night I wish I was back in the UK to celebrate this win still buzzing don’t think I’ll get to sleep tonight thankfully I’ve got some vodka and coke in the fridge.

You aren't getting any

Their manager, all I will say is that people like him are a cancer on society.

Wolves will win the league and I think we will struggle to contain auto place.

Fair play to Wolves, that Neves goal was good enough to win any match. They’ll win the league now and they deserve it.

they've spent millions on players who are worth every Euro. We sign Madine

Better team lost. Wolves came for a point. Etheridge should have kept out the free kick too. Not even gonna start on the penalties. We lacked composure at crucial times.

Neves was rank all night.

Nuno was the same at Boro on Saturday. Severe lack of class.

I honestly think the seasons over now, Fulham will go up, they will win all their remaining games and we will miss out, never any good in the play offs, I knew these 3 games would be our undoing

So it isn't just our fans!!
