Nuno is pure class, as are our players don't care about anything else - we won lets enjoy .....''we are Wolves we're on our way back'' ....
I don't have a problem. I was following up this comment:
While Jota and Leo were piss poor first half Benik killed the shape, Doherty offered nothing up the right hand side because he was missing the space offered by a natural wide player. Benik ran and ran and did offer himself for the ball but overall the shape and dynamics really suffered. I'd already explained this in a previous post, it just gets a little tedious when throwaway one liners get thrown out without any reasoned argument behind them.
Right, I've just about calmed down enough to give some observations.
- Ruddy was magnificent, right the way through. For all the stick he has got, to turn in that performance was tremendous. And the penalty save is genuine class.
- That back three. Wow. I don't think I've ever been so wrong about a player as I was about Ryan Bennett. What a warrior. Such a shame for Coads to give away the pen because he was truly brilliant before that.
- Neves was UltraNeves, bar 20 minutes first half where we didn't get him on the ball. Sometimes I think he can't get any better and then he just goes and does it.
- The starting front three didn't work. I understand why he did it, fair play but we won't do that again.
- Leo was so unlucky with his shot off the post. Shame that was pretty much all he contributed. Think he is coming to the end here.
- Helder HAS to bury that chance man! Done all the hard work. And then there's no stress.
- I have never, ever, ever, ever seen an end to a game like that. In 30 years of watching football.
- Blackwell is a cunt.
- Warnock is an even bigger cunt. Don't anyone dare ever defend that fucking prick ever again.
- We're champions.
Colin taking a battering on reddit too if you want a few more giggles:

Me to. The rest of the pub wondered what the fuck was going on.Just thoroughly embarrassed myself in public cheering those two penalty misses. Unreal.
What was he expecting Nuno to apologize for?
They'll have their game in hand back tomorrow, it levels up when they play the rearranged game with Derby.
Thought that was very similar to the Middlesborough game in some respects, teams started off fairly even with neither laying a particularly telling blow until the opening goal. Wolves looked reasonably comfortable after that though they should really have created some breathing space with a couple of really good chances on the break. N'Diaye was a bit hit and miss, some weak clearances presented half chances to Cardiff around the edge of the box but couple of good bursts forward on the break too. Then to complete the Middlesborough tribute we had a mini implosion in injury time with two really poor penalties to concede, good save from Ruddy on the first despite it not being that firmly struck and luckily they bottled the second at the death.
Wolves probably deserved it on the balance of the second half but still got some good fortune to hold on after spurning some good chances to extend the lead.
