Bring it on....

One main plus. There’ll be no Jarred Giblet on VAR.

If we get through the fixture is a bigger distraction for them than us considering both sides league positions and immediate needs.

Stuart Attwell lurks though, just like the ever so neutral nice guy Don Goodman for the commentary if the tv companies lowered themselves to show it.

I hate playing them, we rarely win.

Quite recently we played them in the u21 cup thingy. We absolutely played them off the park an lost 2-1, they ran on the pitch celebrating.

I'd love us to beat them mind, but I'd rather just avoid them all together

Yes I'm sure if Sky suddenly got the rights to the FA Cup in the next few weeks, Goodman being on comms will be a deciding factor in the outcome. Have fun in your nose peg.

Even though it was standing, we still only had just over half the stand. It was some day though and another early lunchtime kick off from memory
I vaguely remember us having more than half when I went as a mere youth many moons ago...

Just another game innit

How much of a rivalry is it even at this point? We barely play each other.
From your perspective, and with respect, from your location, it is another game. If you live in the area there is a good chance that you have friends, family, colleagues, people you know, people you dislike, lots of people who support the rival. Escalates it a lot, especially when you haven't played a long time. A lot of the rivals which haven't played in a long time has made it more intense. Portsmouth/Southampton, Ipswich/Norwich, Luton/Watford, Oxford/Reading, and plenty more.

I've not even been to a game against West Brom, my dad would never take me as a kid as he said it was too poisonous. I went to the League Cup tie against Notts County in 2010 and even that was pretty fierce because of Lee Hughes alone. To me at least it's pretty big, my first season was 06/07 and we've only played eachother four seasons in all of that time, ignore the one in lockdown and the last time was 2012. There's a whole generation of fans who have possibly never seen Wolves play West Brom. Still massive.

It went to the end of the goal although it curved around a bit those days where it met the Rainbow Stand
Was it always like that with some of their scruffs standing near their twenty metre high stand? Can't remember. I vaguely remember entering and leaving in the corner by the little stand and some Wolves idiots after the match setting fire to a small section of grass behind and shouting burn it down when our fans were leaving!

You simply wouldn't understand Yankee.... every time we play this lot, it's a big deal.

No idea why anyone who won't be going to the game would think this is a good draw.
They always beat us
It'll be much tougher than another side of a similar level
We will be without 3 of our first 11
It'll be played at a shit time
If you do live in the BC they will be taking the piss out of you again if we lose and you have little to gain by winning unless you want to look small time
Defeatist attitude. We could play them without our first 11 and still beat these shithouses.
