The concern is the damage being done now will leave the incoming manager to much to do, add the fact the players aren’t very good.

The players are alright. It’s ALL on the manager and the coaching staff. The challenge will be getting someone good. Absolutely boggles the mind that we’re reluctant to spend relative small sums to get competent coaching.
