Bellend commentators

Gender is irrelevant to me when it comes to punditry, you're either good or bad.

So Alex Scott (more as an anchor than a pundit these days), Karen Carney and Emma Hayes (apart from saying fucking "Modrick" when Real/Croatia play - sort it out, you say all the other players properly!) are fine, Eni Aluko is not as she's a Tory prick and also it seems a proper Walter Mitty.

Lucy Ward is very good on comms too and Lynsey Hipgrave taking Snake Oil Jake's job at BT/TNT is more than welcome.

Not to mention Aluko is in Murdoch's pocket as she is always the British rep we get on Fox for the women's competitions (and the most recent men's World Cup).

I'd add Laura Woods and Elidh Barbar are excellent presenters.

Inci Mehmet is brilliant on the golf.

The one that looks like Lee Hendrie is good too, Sue something I think.

Glad someone mentioned Lionesses it makes me cringe, just as Aussies being called Matildas does.

Gigi Salmon is a tremendous radio commentator on tennis

Dave Edwards has forgotten how to pronounce the hard J on Jose over the summer again.

Andy Hinchcliffe again gets in another pro Man City comment when they’re not even playing.

Commentator on BBC called ' a great recovery' by Lucy Bronze earlier after she lost possession - she used her hand and conceded a free kick!

Sky Sports has apologised for "insensitive" comments made about Everton manager Sean Dyche.

Commentators Bill Leslie and Andy Hinchcliffe said his clothing made him look like a "croupier"

Dyche was wearing a black armband in memory of Michael Jones, who died working on the club's new stadium.

Both Leslie and former Everton defender Hinchcliffe have expressed regret at their comments.

The level of research that doesn't go into the job never ceases to amaze me.

Andy Hinchcliffe on City comms, get ready for 90 minutes of him creaming his pants.

Can he actually say a normal sentence?
I know it’s infuriating and calling Almiron “miggy Almiron” sorry Almiron will do stop being a sycophant

When Drury gets so excited about a Liverpool come back, he has nowhere to go when something genuinely exciting happens.
