Bellend commentators

Link is 404ing now, Louie. Which only heightens the drama!
Oh it's back. Damn, I really hoped it was the Jordan kid on his own account debunking the entire encounter.

All of that accounts posts appeared to have disappeared… how odd.

Elon's Twitter doing Elon's Twitter things...

Shit, I share thoughts with Alan now!!

Time to revisit my opinions on football kits I thought were shit

Think there's been talk that viewing figures are really low so it might get canned.

I've caught it very occasionally since Bible Bill stopped doing it, it's fine. What it always was. Lightweight enough background TV if there's no live game on or you're in a hotel or whatever and it's the only option. No point harking back to the 80s and saying "I always used to watch it then", yeah because there were four channels and the other three were showing total shite.

Caught a bit of it earlier and the fact they're drafting in Lineker to interview someone kinda supports his point (don't think I've ever seen them do that before). However Its a show that hasn't really changed in a long time (other than ditching Lawro) but as Dan (not Walker) says there's only so much you can do with it, and its always going to lose out when there's live games inevitably on against it.

It's a magazine show fighting with Sky Sports news.

It's just outdated but then Transworld Sport is still going so there must be an audience for it.

It may not be in the UK.

One of its selling points even as recently as say, 10 years ago was that it was somewhere you could catch all last weekend's/the midweek goals in one place if you happened to have missed them. Same with Saint & Greavsie when ITV had the rights.

Clearly that market no longer exists as anyone can watch all the goals free and legally from inside half an hour of full time, whenever they like.

Depends who you're trying to attract as an audience, kids won't be interested in it. By all accounts they don't watch MOTD any more either.

Brighton would be top if they

A) Got a midfielder to sit deep and lump it forward to a centre half
B) Changed their tactics, regardless of how they are playing, every 10-15 mins
C) Avoided McDonalds
