Bellend commentators

Always come across as rather dull I'd say, will be a steady hand I guess. I haven't really watched it anyway the last few years despite not attending a single game last season.

Harsh on Jules, think he's excellent.

Hope he goes to TNT or Amazon where he'll be better than what they have now.

The BT effort at doing the scores show is some of the worst TV ever.

I saw one episode where they had Saunders and Savage both on the panel. Another one I inadvertently caught in town while having a pint, waiting for Mrs DW's hair appointment to finish and the pub had that on rather than Sky. At one stage during the second half of the 3pm games they spent 10 straight minutes talking about Spurs. Spurs weren't even fucking playing. They also never mention any Football League goals, let alone have reporters there. They just scroll through on the printer and that's it.

Clare Balding giving Wolves a mention on the Wimbledon highlights when discussing Searle’s victory in the boys singles.

Should be WB TNT from this season and rival Sky Sports.

Full coverage planned afaik. Which isn't much admittedly.
TNT are being a bit weird so far. Haven't even sorted out an app, they're going to piggyback on Discovery+ for a while but this is going to cause issues as some people have dedicated subs on there to start with for the cycling/snooker etc, it'll conflict with people trying to log on with their Sky/Virgin Media accounts as they currently do with BT.

They did get rid of Jake though so I can forgive them plenty.

It's certainly scruffy from their point of view but they're almost ready.

Think the name switch happens on Tuesday but they don't have a great deal of live stuff currently so no-one will notice.

If they can get rid of Fletcher and McManaman as their main commentary pair, and never ever use Michael Owen again unless it's for a tour of the newspaper stands at Madrid Airport, then that would be an excellent start.

Yep same lineup apart from the additions of Woods and McCoist.

They've ditched Peter Walton though. They're not having a ref to explain decisions.

Though Sky have just brought in one - Mike Dean 🤢
