Beer

Come to daddy...

Northern Monk - Patron's Project 5.02: Hellvellyn IPA 5.5% x 2
Northern Monk - Neapolitan Ice Cream Pale Ale 6.2% x 2
Cloudwater - DDH Simcoe Vic Secret Pale Ale 5.2% x 2
Cloudwater - NW DIPA Citra 9% x 2
Wild Beer Co. - Sleeping Lemons Gose (Export) 6%
Northern Monk - Eternal Infinity IPA 7.4%
Brew by Numbers - 55|04 Double IPA Citra & Ekuanot 8.5%
360 Degrees - IPA 6%
Buxton - Axe Edge - IPA 6.8%

The only one that I'm not too keen on is the Neapolitan.

NW DIPA Citra was a bit green, so could be better if left a little longer. I'm going to try one on tap in yhe next couple of minutes to compare to the can.

I'll probably have one can fresh and leave one three or four weeks, v12 and Birthday DIPA were miles better after a month. What's up with the Neapolitan?

The perfect opportunity to learn how to juggle.

these were 50p each in Morrison's Cleveleys.

Surprisingly nice, got the American Sam Adams taste with a slight kick behind it.

Didn't enjoy the Bacchus Framboise Raspberry Beer. Far too sweet.

Mikkeller Single Hop Cascade - Way too drinkable. Perfectly bitter with plenty of citrus notes and a malty backbone.

Rhinegeist Knowledge - A really easy going DIPA, well worth a try if you come across any.

Mikkeller's Session IPA Cascade is lovely. So are Simcoe and Mosaic versions too.

Got one of each on the shelf, I've had the Mosaic before and it is damn nice.

Pressure Drop Pale Fire - 4.8% pale ale. Nice, very earthy and woody for the ABV with hints of pine and a late citrus finish.

Brewdog Elvis Juice - I think this has become my go-to, day-to-day IPA. Brilliant stuff.

Good grief. Well, I agree with part of that article....

Stella is better than any craft beer. LOLZ.

I thought "wife beater" was referring to Newcastle Brown - which is as equally LOL-some!
