Rayans isn’t a yellow card in the rules. Tons of teams get away with cynical fouls in their attacking third. What probably did for him is the level of cynicism. Semedo’s is a yellow as it stops a promising attack.

The fact that a dangerous tackle from behind hasn’t had a yellow and those have is a bit silly though.
