Is that the rule? Still got my eye on the single one next to me and the kids for my old man.Down to below 1000 now (965) - though have ignored those in the family area many of which are single seats which can't then be sold as you need a child with you to buy in there
They sold it to a deeply strange single man for half a season last season - guy was always very drunk, but said he only got it as a marker to get a season ticket this season and move elsewhere. Weirdo used to watch first 30 mins then spend the rest in the concourse with a beer watching the shitty TVs.That's the only way those could be sold really - strange single men would not be allowed in
There are a few 'blocks' of seats in that stand, but only in W1 or W8
BW is £68 more expensive for me so suspect that will not give me value - if I want one then only option looks like block J1 in the Steve Bull, but no idea what the view would be like from there (suspect that few have been in that as think that that was the section always not sold in the last few seasons)
Cut through the car park behind the South Bank, you don't need to go all the way round.Went in the Bully upper once last season and the queue didn’t take that long really. Think I’m going to go for J1 as I can’t be arsed to walk round to the BW even though I’d appreciate the extra leg room and better concourse.
Then I’ll switch seats next season.
The far end of the side stands view is fine tbh, I kinda like the off centre view from up there. Just the SB stand itself annoys me for reasons we've discussed a few times on here
Might not be any switching of seats next season if The Southbank is bulldozed.
