2018 - 19 Season tickets

Are the BW facilities sufficiently better than the Steve Bull Upper to justify the extra cost?

Need to make up my mind tomorrow whether to go for one - no seat is the first choice I would make, but gets me in there

Neither concourse is that spacious. Steve Bull is 1980s Vladivostock levels of luxury. BW is a little better.

Bit more chanting V slightly more room and better underneath I guess PLF... Oh and occasionally sun in your eyes for a bit of the game in SB. FWIW I'm a moaner and a half and would prefer to be in NB but that's purely down to comfort. SB was fairly loud this season, mixed ages, and if you happen to be a big bugger my mate is 6'2 and doesn't moan at all, he's fine and likes it there. If it's down to money maybe just go cheapest, you're still getting in as you say.
Edit:far ends you might be ok for sun in eyes

Oh God yes. Both are as cramped but the toilets aren't quite as rancid.

Also, if you get somewhere towards the rear of the stand, the view is pretty decent. I went in the bottom of the end quadrant nearest the NB for the rearranged Reading game and the view was bloody awful.

Quadrant is fine if you are up the back of it - Was near (or at) the back of the lower section for the last 2 games I went to & had a decent view from there

Cut through the car park behind the South Bank, you don't need to go all the way round.

Good point. The BW is the only stand I’ve never been in so might give it a go. Mad to think I picked up a ticket in the South Bank for the Boro game, seems like an age ago.

Done. J1 for the season, also managed to transfer mine and Cassidy’s memberships over to my mate and his son after a quick phonecall.

Especially if they ever put that bloody temporary bar in again.

Good thing is that mini squeeze singing lesson finishes at 10.30 on a Saturday and then I can be straight on the bus and in the London by 11.15 to try and grab the usual table. Assuming I am not at work on Saturdays too much.

Perfectly possible we have fewer than 10 home 3pm Saturday kickoffs next season. And I am not going to the pub at 10am if we're on the 12.30 kick off.

Good man! I think we'll need to start reserving the front area of the Royal London for matchdays.

Yeah I’m sick of standing up!

I know I should get there earlier...

After prevaricating re finances I though 'sod it' it's only money & I can't take it with me so am in

Billy Wright Upper - in W1 seat Q12

(bit peeved though at the little bit of penny pinching by Wolves though - renewed the membership in case it didn't get to this level of loyalty points and used the remaining ticket cash of £4.90 I had as needed to or it would have gone. Knew they would deduct the membership fee from the S/T price, but they will only give me the £20.10 I actually paid - so the ticket cash has gone up in smoke. Minor in the grand scheme of things, but an unnecessary annoyance!!!)

Should be a good sport that Parkin, you can snicker at the people getting soaked in the temp stand.

At my age who knows how many years we have left so as we are back needed to guarantee my seat - and yes will be good to look down on the wet or snow covered others during the bleak midwinter

got your message Peter - well done. the only down side is that i'll not get to see you if we're going to share matches. (Some may say that's a good thing, but not me !!! lol)
will need to wait till matches are tv scheduled before trying to book flights, but will advise as soon as possible.

That's fine Mick - as said not fussed as to which ones I do as all will bring pro's & con's - greater possibility of points or seeing a better quality of player/team

We will just need to liaise
