2018 - 19 Season tickets

Fooked? :(

I remember being in The Prem and my Dad's mate who was a home+away STH used to have to get our tickets for us (or we'd use his), assuming we didn't stand a chance on general sale.

So where does that leave the likes of us overseas fans, who aren't even Members?

You'd have to become a member to have any chance.

It was £17.50 this season, bit shit to have to pay up front to have a chance of buying tickets but that's where we are. They won't just let those tickets go in a free-for-all.

Would have thought that if there is no talk of money changing hands on the actual forum & any 'arrangements' are dealt wit via PM's then no one is any the wiser (presume admin & moderators can view others PM's to deal with abuse/complaint issues, but the rest of us can't except for our own feed).

Having said that it may well be academic as can't see that many being available after the renewal date ends so will be a lottery as to whether you can get one then. If not will still do the Membership & hope that that gives me enough advantage to get a few games in (though thats not been that easy at the end of this season & you almost have to be online as soon as the window opens for that category)

Yeah I've looked at MyWolves membership over the years, but considering we only come over once a season atm, getting a ticket for one game was the only benefit. The other benefits like discounts at Cineworld in Bentley Bridge didn't exactly grab me!

Next season paying for that membership may be the only way to guarantee tickets to see a few games.

It could get interesting if we have to totally close the Steve Bull to rebuild it, by my reckoning, once you take away fans and corporates into account and leave some for general sale as we are obligated to we'll have more STH's than available seats

Play out of wembley for a season?

Seems to be the thang lol

If we expand the South Bank first as has been mooted we could attempt to do the Bully lower by the mid-late September if we spoke to the FA and asked for no home fixtures as Liverpool and West Ham both have?

You're probably looking at 4-5k that we are obliged to sell individually (we aren't allowed to totally hand over the home areas to season ticket holders).

General sale isn't going to be a thing next season other than for Haribo Cup games.

Thanks, I suspected there might be even fewer available with a higher number going to ST holders, but it does look like it will be a bun-fight amongst MyWolves members either way.

I guess a good number of ‘general sale’ers will opt in.to MyWolves this time amplifying the problem, hopefully offset by previous MyWolves going the ST route too.

That’s the price of success I suppose, can’t have your cake and eat it.

Wonder if they'll do the 2 games for a fiver with memberships next season!!

I shall definitely keep my MyWolves membership to try and get to a few games. I wonder if they'll keep the same benefits again - Two "free" £5 ticket cash games?

What are the current rules on STHs buying extra tickets for games? Is it one extra ticket per holder? That could see quite a few snapped up before they go on sale to members.

Pretty sure there aren't any unless it's a promotion

Think they only did that when we weren't selling out - not happened lately & very unlikely to occur next season

They shut that loophole about six weeks ago. STHs don't have particular rights to home games other than their own individual seat.

If they take out the 2 £5 games you're kind of buying a priority window as the main thing really... As the ticket cash earned otherwise is measly, you can't buy a fat lot for a fiver in the shop can you. Maybe they'll rework it

The ticket cash earned is of dubious value for me - as an OAP my ticket price earns me less per game so usually haven't built up enough by the first game that gets scheduled & in the last 2 seasons the second hasn't been one I could do anyway.

Still knocks a bit off the last seat I buy so Sheff Weds seat has only cost me £9.00

Just hope that they get the Member's Smart Cards out earlier next season (if that's the way I end up going) - weren't available for the first game v Boro this year & had to print at home (not sure that I got credit on ticket cash for it either)

Not a massive issue, but given that they have a lot more money than I have it's a petty irritation.

If me and my brood become members, would one of us be able to buy tickets for all of us at the same time so that we can all sit together?
