They did against Villa in the other gameLeeds winning 3-0 then...
Ospina did it too.How common is it for players returning from the same kind of injury as Raul to wear a headguard? I can only think of Cech and Chivu who've done it regularly
Wasn't Cechs because he was a twin or a triplet or something?Ospina did it too.
Cech's had ceramic plates in it and his is due to a soft set of bones in his skull that nobody had picked up until Hunt went barrelling into him.
Chivu's was a genuine skull fracture but the headgear he wore afterwards wouldn't protect you from anything but cuts and abrasions, same with Ospina.
Protective headgear for shock absorption is not allowed to be worn on the pitch at the moment but I know the Irish FA and the England and Wales FA are looking to change that in the future with research from various US trials and universities backing that up.
It always looked a weird signing when they made it, but it’s worked out even worse. Now that looks a shocking signing. Doesn't even play that often when he's fit. Scored three goals. 30 in a couple of weeks. £29m.
Bear that in mind when people slate Fabio.
NoobGood job he's out then or he'd definitely score against us.

And Saiss in midfield?Quick question...why would you play an unfit Boly?
