Wolves / Covid-19

So, we had to select a group of players as we were limited to the Numbers we can have in training. Nuno has gone for 24 Players

Keeper - Rui Patricio, John Ruddy, Andreas Sondergaard
Defenders - Conor Coady, Willy Boly, Romain Saiss, Max Kilman, Matt Doherty, Jonny Castro Otto, Ruben Vinagre, Oskar Buur, Christian Marques
Midfielders -Ruben Neves, Joao Moutinho, Morgan Gibbs-White, Leander Dendoncker, Bruno Jordao, Owen Otasowie
Forwards - Raul Jimenez, Diogo Jota, Pedro Neto, Adama Traore, Daniel Podence, Leo Campana

I presume the rest of the U23 group are under orders to stay sharp as an injury will mean they can take a place in the squad.

Doubt any Others will be needed. We’re not getting 6 injuries.

I think it will be if we lose 1 for 2-3 weeks we will draft one of them in, if just to even up training programmes rather than a place on the bench.

Playing Forest at Molineux next week.

Nope. No media allowed in according to Joey E&S.

Sure Wolves could do a live stream but the amount of times that goes to shit not worth the aggro for them.

Whilst I agree, we will have to select match day squads of 20 when the season resumes, now we can field 5 subs and have a bench of 9.

Depending on who we are playing, this could conceivably offer opportunities for new experiences for some.

The best of the rest like Sanderson, Giles, Watt and Matheson won't be eligible though, so you are down to the real green kids.

4-6 of the first 32 games are likely to change but the Times are reporting:
West Ham Away 5.30 Sat 20th on Sky
Bournemouth Home 8.15 Thurs 25th BT
Villa Away 12.30 Sun 28th BT

I'm hoping there might be some special dispensation to allow players on loan to L1 and L2 clubs to play for their parent clubs

I don't think L1 and 2 have been formally cancelled yet though so it might be academic

Very quick turnaround between Bournemouth and the Villa games and probably unneeded

I thought that, but it's only 2.5hrs different to a standard EL game and the lack of a trip for either probably evens that up

Apologies if so, try ringing though? (Cancellations extension is instant if you wanna blag it)

Wasn't too long back they we're adding it to middle or top TV packages for a fiver extra.

We've got it in the top package for nothing, had it for ages.

Thought they would have binned the FA Cup off

With Sheff Utd, Man Utd and Chelsea still in it could work in our favour.

Oops. forogt we've got Europe to balance it. Silly me :2xGay:
