Wolves Academy Thread

Out of the Pizza Cup.

0-0 at FT lost on pens. Birtwistle and Campbell missed in the shoot out.

I guess anyone who is half decent has been training with JL this week, hence the weak team

Weird as we're in a really strong position in our PLC group table

Possibly. In the PL Cup I think they’ve generally played a rotated team/squad too from what i have noticed

Scott Voice and Stephen Pearce were one of many great forward hopes from the Youth team who never came through. The latter was a couple of years below me at school

Glen Crowe was the main one. Both Taylor and McGhee bigged him up and played him.

Turned out he was a fat ginger slowpoke.

Caden Voice is either an U16 or a first year scholar so he must be pretty decent tbf

Glen Crowe's one and only goal here around 1:15:

Decent hit tbf but shocking keeping.

There was a conspiracy theory that we wouldn't play Mark Jones because if we did we owed Villa a load of money. Turns out he just wasn't very good.

I think the roll call is:

Stan Collymore (obviously talent didn't let him down)
Colin Taylor
Shaun Bradbury
Steve Pierce
Scott Voice
Glen Crowe
Dom Foley
Jason Roberts (granted, we signed him from elsewhere, he wasn't our own)
Mark Jones
Jermaine Easter
Colin Larkin
Adam Proudlock (was at least good for one season, before becoming a fat mulleted idiot)
Leon Clarke (do not make me talk about him again, please)
Liam McAlinden
Jordan Allan
Niall Ennis (bloody injuries)
Benny Ashley-Seal

Donovan Wilson and Aaron Collins aren't doing too badly elsewhere now. Seems Jordan Allan has 9 in 15 for Clyde this season but y'know, it's Clyde.

Can we add Jake Cassidy and Fabio Silva onto that list?
