Wolves 1 Rotherham 0 a win that masks the truth verdict

A front 3 of Cav dicko and Costa backed by a proper number 10 should cause problems for any team!

i would like to see

Costa---------------Weimann-------------------Cav
-----------------------Dicko-------------------------

Wiemann is best suited running onto things, no way is he a creative player..

He really isnt good with the ball dude..

I think he has a good touch..we have been arguing a nr.10 for 3 years it seems..who is your player in that pos..Bright? or Ronan when fit?

Id love to see Bright and Ronan compete for that position yes. Its all about opinions I understand Freddy so forgive me for rubbishing yours. Bright and Ronan have a decent quality Ive seen to move the ball into area as well as move into areas themselves. Bright more so then Ronan as he's been used in that number 10 area more then Ronans few starts. Early still and lots of rawness to get out of them.

It's ok dude, you know I love to have an argument with you xx

Weimann isn't a number 10 Fred. He has played wide of a front 3 for most of his career, a sort of paupers Theo Walcott. He has played in his youth days off a big target man with some success.

I know Johnny he has played most games wide..just thought he could suit as a #10

I don't particularly rate Weimann, he's another ok championship.player (Though I feel the same about Marshall who I felt had a good first half).

As for a no. 10, I think Ronan could be a really good player there. He's one of the most exciting players I've seen start to break through since Robbie Keane (Though very different in styles of play).

Enobakhare is strong for his age and has ability, I hope he learns to harness it as he's not quite there yet (Though he won't learn playing for the u23s he needs time in the first team).

Right time to defend Jack Price. He is not and was not shit today. We played a good formation with the right tactic but the wrong personnel. Had we set up today with Iorfa and Doc as the 2 fullbacks then Saiss dropping into a 3 when we had the ball would make sense. The problem was us having 2 defensive midfielders at full back offering us nothing going forward. Yeah all well and good away from home vs a good team but we were playing fucking Rotherham! The next problem was Saiss dropping should've meant that Edwards dropped to support Price but he didn't. This meant Price was double manned while Edwards, not for the first time, offered the square root of fuck all! Absolute joke that he remained on the pitch when the changes were made

Price isn't a shit player.

But he was shit today.

Price isn't a $#@! player.

But he was $#@! today.

He was left exposed by poor players around him (or not actually anywhere near him to be exact)

Mike, setup this setup that had done us no good this season despite different managers..so problem is not there..

No Fred, it was clearly different today if you watched it closely. When we had the ball and we're looking to control possession Saiss dropped into a 3 at the back. If we then had Edwards drop to fill the space and support Jack plus Iorfa and Doc doubling up down the wings we would've overrun Rotherham. HOWEVER we had Saville and bloody Coady at full back and they did not do what was needed in an attacking sense
