Wolves 0-2 Crystal Palace verdict thread

I can cope with Munetsi and Jackson, they try and shouldn't have been signed. Hwang is just an entitled little cunt. He needs to fuck off and fuck off some more. Imagine bringing that piece of shit to replace Tolu. Id rather have gone down to 10
Only possible positive is RE watches that performance and tells Shi to accept anything for him in January. If we get a fucking joke out of a cracker for him we've done well.

I wonder if Kenny Jackett would be interesting in some consulting work on how to organise a bomb squad. I mean, who would you actually want to keep? JSL, Andre, Gomes? Not even convinced about them tbh. Did Tolu play today? Must've missed it.

Genuinely, they can all go. Which I don't think I've thought about a squad in 37 years of supporting us

I despise Jeff Shi. An appalling man. A liar and fraud, an arrogant bellend with zero redeeming features. His entire success was built on saying "yes Jorge, thanks Jorge", but he just couldn't cope with not being the main man. We are one of the worst teams this league has ever seen. Half of these cunts wouldn't even stand out in League One. It's outrageous.

Watching Edwards on the pitch, at the end of the game, he already has that haunted look in his eyes!!!

Another stat: since September, we have scored five league goals. Two from centre halves, one from Munetsi who will occasionally have one bounce in off him and go in, and an own goal and a penalty.

That's it.

You're much too kind to Hwang.

I actually think if we can manage to replace Munetsi and Jackson the team today would have been ok. Not creative, but not that bad. Agbadou was almost back to his best, god knows what RE was thinking taking Krejci off and keeping Toti on, that is a very worrying sign.

Should've done his homework. What the fuck did he think he was walking into??
Yep I said in the match day thread he's an idiot for taking the job at this time. We were awful under O'Neil and he's still out of work, but we're epically bad at the moment (so much so even he said no thanks).

I'll have zero sympathy if he's sacked in April when we haven't won a game, as there's literally no way this team is winning a Premier League game right now.

Watch any of our League games this season and no one in there right mind would think they're keeping us up.

Depends what you're replacing them with (footballers, lol).

If we want to play wingbacks (please God, no) then whoever replaces Jackson has to have some proper output and I'd argue Wolfe either needs to seriously step up or be replaced as well.

If it's a three man midfield(ish) like today then what are you after alongside the two Brazilians, if it's just another dog of war then it doesn't help us that much. It'd have to be someone who can either score and/or create, surely.

You'd need to replace the keeper too, they're all diabolical.

And then you have the issue of every single sub being fucking shit.

He’s done exactly what Fosun will have hoped though. Not one murmur of anti-Fosun sentiment from the crowd.

Even with an overly sympathetic crowd, I can’t work out how he stays in the job when we’re on 7 or 8 points at the end of March.

Our fans don't really go after the manager to any great extent, look at the nonsense Lage got away with (the man who epitomises us deliberately downgrading everything about the club for no reason).

He won't be an effective shield for the owners.

No, it won’t last. But they had a day out today without being called wankers, so that’s something for their few million.

The step up when Bellegarde replaced Munetsi was immense. How on earth have we arrived in a place where Bellegarde is a step up.

I don't think Edwards has come here with the club telling him will only stay if we stay up. He would've been better off waiting for us to drop and then coming in if that was the case. Guarantee he'll be here managing us throughout most of a championship season, his tenure based on performance in thay division rather than this. That or in January he's been promised a GK, Semedo, and Cuhna type player, maybe even one more.
