We’ve only gone and bloody done it - Wolves 3-0 West Ham - verdict thread.

Mateus Mané’s contract was extended to 2029 on the 16th September 🏴󠁧

The extension in September was unannounced by Wolves & it now see’s Mané on improved terms

That’s fantastic news.

I’m surprised he signed the deal at that point with how Vitor was treating him
I suppose it will have all been agreed at the initial extension when Vítor was talking about him being one of the best players in the league.

Speaking of West Ham being really really poor, they don't seem to have anyone who can outrun Santi Bueno.

Watched a lot of the game back last night and wanted to make a point of saying what a massive difference having Tolu in the team has had - not just offensively, but defensively too. The amount of headers he won from West Ham set pieces etc in our own box - really impressive and he seems to be getting some fitness at last and lasting longer. Good on him. Huge shame his header didn't go in - that was some save.

His movement is way better than JSL's

Was thinking how much of an easier afternoon Kilman would have had with JSL starting yesterday. Tolu was all over him from kick off. Plus his movement (as you say), particuarly for the opening goal in terms of occupying the defenders to create the space for Arias, was excellent.
