We’ve only gone and bloody done it - Wolves 3-0 West Ham - verdict thread.

Nice to leave Molineux with a smile on my face. We played well but West Ham reminded me of us this season, no game changing players and no leadership. When they go down I think the only player that will get a move back to the PL is Bowen and he was anonymous today. Their only hope is to bring in a few more players this window and after that I suspect they’ll have a new manager if they don’t beat Forest on Tuesday.

I really think it's as simple as having a player like Mane in the XI.

He can beat his opponent, relieve pressure, and offer us a threat on the break. We have nobody else like that in the squad. It's sad that an 18-year-old is the one with that personality and fearless attitude to lift others, but look how the likes of Hwang and Arias have looked better with him in the team (small sample size I know).

It's also another major fuck up by Vitor. Not only did he oversee an atrocious window, the one profile of player we were inexplicably lacking was in the fucking academy!

I know many will disagree, but I think the rest of our team are as good (or as bad) as the rest of the shit down the bottom. If you put Krejci, Agbadou, Mosquera, Andre, J. Gomes, and either LB in any bottom half team, I think they'd be fine. In fact, I think a few of them could play higher.

We have a problem at RB, and we had a massive problem when Johnstone was in goal, but it's been hard to accept that this lot were on course to break Derby's record.

I think the overriding problem was the balance of the team and if Mane had played from the start of the season, and Tolu ahead of Larsen, I reckon we'd be in with a sniff where January could've made a difference.

Such a shame that we're not, but we have to build around those two next season, it at least gives us some hope.

Having Arias with Gomes / Andre makes a difference too. Similar to Mane he moves the ball forward, couple that with Tolu’s ability to keep the ball helps a lot.

Special call out to Jackson today, he really is utterly terrible. Definitely not a footballer

If Nuno survives this he has 2 more of his former clubs in the next 2 league games...

As others have said it's West Ham, and they're beyond abysmal, but then so are we so it was just great to actually see a win!

I thought we actually moved the ball well today for large parts of the game, with purpose, especially so in the first half. So I'll enjoy the win for what it is and take it from there...

I think he’ll get the Forest game on Tuesday as not really time to bring anyone else in. Lose that and I’ll be amazed if he survives.

What a game, what a result, lovely to come back on a Saturday night feeling happy again, been too long. Molineux felt like how Molineux used to feel and it was a joy to behold!

Mane is some player. He looks totally at home and whilst I'm not jumping the gun and making outlandish claims, his confidence and ability is giving me young Robbie Keane vibes. As DW says, try and get him signed up, he is the real deal.

Arias was excellent, his best game for us. Not just his goal but he was everywhere, getting stuck in and trying to make things happen. Apparently he has said how happy he is to be here, hope so, I don't want us to sell him this month.

Tolu was a real handful up front and gives defenders something to think about. 4 times the West Ham defenders had him around the neck and 4 times Bankes ignored it.

Hwang was much better today. Assisted Arias's goal and scored his penalty.

Hugo Bueno had a good game on the left. Not so much Tchat on the right and the defence dealt well with the limited attack of West Ham and great to keep a clean sheet, first since the last win in April when we beat Leicester.

Lovely to see the celebrations at full time. The players lapping it up and rightly so, for some like Krejci, Tolu, Arias and Tchat its the first time they have seen a happy Molineux, hopefully inspires them to do it again.

Mane deservedly got a standing ovation all around when subbed and nice scenes at full time as he faced the South Bank and RE had his arms around him.

Fair play to RE. I wasn't overjoyed with the appointment but he has us looking far better of late and would be nice if he oversees some kind of improvement.

I think confidence has been gained from not being thumped by Arsenal and Liverpool then the draw at United. I noticed on the pre-match arrival video that the players looked a bit happier and actually acknowledged the fans as they got off the coach and that continued into the game where they actually looked like PL players again.

Very happy tonight, well done Wolves!

For me the key of all are Mane and Arias more back usually, that two help a lot move the ball on mid better...Mane look like a great player, he is fast, have good movements and good pass/shot.

They are more vertical player vs Andre-Gomes, André and Gomes are similar players and have that mind defensive. need try change it to play a bit more offensive.

And Hawke not are running to up all time, are running back and hold the ball, that help a lot, because have more player to pass (Arias-Andre-Mané, Hawke, Jackson, He are making good games on the position of second st

Look like 5-3-2 or 3-5-2 on offense. You guys this winter market need try change GK, Sa made me nervous many times...

This last two games, i think Edwards put the good key, and put one team more offensive, and that help lot. The changes are working now.

Dibling went for 35 million at the same age bar a couple of months as Mane will be in the Summer window, with the same length left on his contract. That's what I expect from Mane, he'll have options, he's been at Wolves under 2 years, he'll want better than the Championship and the offers will be there
