Not sure whether you're being ironic or not but I'm surrounded by fans in the Southbank who have never rated Rajiv so any type of 'meltdown' should he be sold is nonsense.

No he hasn't. A couple of good games doesn't change the fact that he's done very little this season and his attitude has been shocking too.

He's been treated strangely though hasn't he. Tried to be moved on, then given the odd 45 or 20 minute came, then loaned out because we didn't need him but when he came back he went straight into the team. It doesn't make a lot of sense especially if he has got a bad attitude and he wasn't especially complimentary about the club when he was out on loan.

He can be good when he wants to. Yesterday was a good example. He had Konchesky beat every time and he used it at almost every opportunity he got. Other times he will have the beating of his full back in a similar vein but choose to slow the game down and try to be too clever. He is capable of putting in dangerous crosses and having moments of real quality but they are massively outweighed by him terrible delivery and poor decision making on the ball.

I won't shed a tear if he leaves but it would stink of us just putting him in the shop window.

Surely some of that can be coached into him, the basics like pace and skill he has. Knowing when and how to use that should be helped by good coaching?
