What are you currently listening to....

I think so, yes. I only own a couple of albums but both are great. Always seemed like a band that should have been bigger.

not heard anything by them for a decade i reckon. i can only remember one song - "You can have it all"

Finally got round to picking up the Rammstein back catalogue on CD. I have the Live In Amerika DVD but nice to finally have the albums. Also got the Lindemann solo album too.

Teutonic Industrial Noise here I come. Great band.

Forgotten how good ' Looking for Today ' by Sabbath was / is ....

I'm giving Villagers a go today, more specifically their debut album Becoming a Jackal.

Really really good.

I'd certainly recommend Prisoners of Love in that case. It's a really good compilation album!

ta Langers. if i believed in spotify i'd definitely check it out.

but there's too much present day stuff to check out these days so i just don't have the time.

did you like the track anyway?

I did yes, but it wasn't one of my favourites on the album.

Bit of a #throwbackthursday choice here, but I'm listening to Moseley Shoals today. Still an absolutely fantastic album.

Tales from Turnpike House by St Etienne, which I picked up in a charity shop at lunchtime. Gorgeous. I really am a sucker for their sunny pop melodies. My Venom-loving teenage self would look at me in horror.

Promised my mate I'd give Bruce Springsteen another go.

Fucking hell I'm finding it hard work. He's just so dull.

Yet I still like a 'Springsteen-esque' sound when other artists cover his songs or copy his style (like War On Drugs for example)! I really can't work out why I can't get on with his stuff.
