A lot of UK experience I guess (although not at the top level) and then mostly youth level in Portugal until Lage got the head job at Benfica. Not exactly inspiring but then would probably have said the same about Nuno's staff when he was appointed.

The goalkeeping coach was annoying me in the long training video the club put up a couple of days ago. Don’t know why, but the way he was talking to an experienced pro like Ruddy, I just found him a bit… patronising? Now I read he’s come from Birmingham City! Can’t say I’m hugely convinced on that one, but what the fuck do I know.

However, I noticed something in the recent Marbella videos and now I can't unsee it. She has two arm positions - clasped in front or flung out to the side; and has to move from one position to the other as quickly as possible. I know it's a stupid thing, and it doesn't detract from the quality of her work, but flip me is it distracting.

She does it at the start of every paragraph and whenever she wants to emphasise anything. I know it's really hard to know what do to with your hands in these situations, but just move a little bit slower!

Do the club have an input on how many adverts appear on their videos? I watch quite a bit of YouTube and Wolves videos always seem to have noticeably more adverts. It's quite annoying.
