I haven't been fussed about England for about ten years now, though I did watch the semi final. I consider this on a par with a pre season tournament, but with the caveat that there is a potential back door qualification to the Euros.

England lost to Iceland . unforgivable. I am only just getting over it.

The logic of the tournament makes sense and it has worked, but struggling to see it as major cup win. Put it this way if England were to win in it on Sunday night I can’t see people partying until the early hours.

I think that's fair. We may not like Sarriball but Barkley looks a lot more tactically astute with better decision making because of it.

Delph is nowhere near this level anymore. I think the injuries have just taken their toll.

Agree on Delph. Can see why he’s linked with a move back to Leeds. Think Southgate has shown loyalty to him but don’t think he’ll use him after this
