The three worst offenders for rude and aggressive driving I call the holy Trinity. Audi, BMW and Mercedes. If you are going to get cut up, cut off , honked at or raged at its by one of the Trinity drivers! Just watch them for a few days when you're driving!
I drive a British American GM backed Vauxhall, not to confused with Opel! American cars struggle with build quality but are improving. Still they didn't fiddle emissions tests either! However these days cars are very very similar in look feel and performance in any given class bracket. The days of the budget lada are long gone.

Would I wasnt an american built car? Yes. Who builds Chrysler engines? Mercedes......... Back to the drawing board
