He has to stand trial in the Senate first and it's unlikely that Mitch McConnel will act that quickly.

Part of the impeachment includes a vote based on the 14th Amendment which, if passed, will ban Trump for ever standing for office again

No. Senate trial now and Mitch McConnell who is republican majority leader of the senate and a part time touché turtle impressionist will not call back the senate until Trump is out of office and Schumer becomes majority leader for the democrats.

Unfortunately convicted impeachment doesn't preclude Ivanka from running which given she's the one going to the inauguration is presumably their play. It'll be interesting to see what happens, the Trump brand is too tainted to get elected again, but that doesn't stop them from getting the nomination.
