Ticket Prices 2021-22

Nice one, keep my loyalty points on there until I renew me and my two boys membership then scrap them.

The PR is at Jezz levels of ridiculousness. So me taking my family to cup games and lesser games to build up my loyalty points will count for nothing when there's a big game going on.

They can shove it up their asses, I'm off to follow RL.

That can’t be right, can it? I too, and my whole family, have built up masses of loyalty points by going to at least every other game. I’ve renewed membership for all of us on the understanding loyalty would count for something as usual, so I’ll be mighty fcked off if they’ve pulled a fast one here. Hopefully I’m hot and bothered over nothing…

If that’s true it won’t go down well. Fleecing another £20 out of some fans is a terrible idea.

So I paid last years membership for the privilege of going to 0 games and now possibly getting 0 points for it too?

Yeah, it's legitimate. Absolutely bizarre. It makes a mockery of fans like me, who have attended cup games etc where the interest levels were low - because that's the only way I could build up loyalty points as every league game was sold out - because now they've wiped them all back to zero. And not only that, it seems like the cup games I went to weren't enough to get me in to the bracket of fans eligible for this "My Wolves Plus membership", so that puts even more people ahead of me in the queue. And for those people that do qualify and want to take them up on the offer of an early window to guarantee tickets for at least 6 games, they have to pay £20 on top of their standard membership fee (which we got nothing for last season and had to pay again this season).

Seriously - what the fuck are the club playing at?

I've basically come to the conclusion that I won't be getting inside Molineux any time soon - and I won't be able to take my son to watch Wolves in the flesh, after following us home and away for 30+ years. On a personal level, it's shit - but on a wider level, the PR and the way the club is being run currently is absolutely abysmal.

It’s like when the brought in silver AST. Completely pointless because if you have enough points to get a silver AST then you had enough points to go without one. The only benefit is you could miss a few games whereas with the the standard method of PPG you can’t afford to otherwise you might not get back in.

Although this way you have to pay. If you don’t pay you lose on privilege you have and basically won’t get tickets or certainly not almost guaranteed like you were before.

There’s probably not more than 4-5k members in this privileged group, so for the sake of £100k, again seems a bit pointless for the negative PR it brings.

I guess they can legitimise the wiping out of points so that every member becomes equal at the start of the season. To then try and pacify those worst affected by giving them the opportunity to pay another £20 to get back to the level they were at before for 6 games is disgusting though. What's that £50 for a bit of old tat and the guaranteeing of tickets that you'll still need to pay for against the Sky 6?

Well I’m pretty upset TBH. I’m just one of the many ordinary Joes out there but… I attend regularly and have been on the loyalty point carousel to ensure my kids can keep getting to matches. Membership has now been rendered £100 for rock all in my book and, although I had a lot of points, clearly I’m not even privileged enough to be fleeced by priority. Why have they scrapped a scheme that saw sell outs every match and yet managed demand in a staggered way? Who has thought through the practicality of everyone trying to buy seats together online at the same release time? In short… WTF?!

Got to make room for all those die hard Mexican fans somehow.

It's been amateur hour from the club for months now. I'd rather not be critical of the club but they do make it very easy at the moment. Wonder if Nathan Judah will repeat his "you have to give Vinny Clark credit" speech from a couple of weeks ago.

In terms of PR, logistics and basic customer care it's atrocious all round.

My boys have only just got back into football after completely loosing interest during lockdown, that was thanks to the Euros. I can't see how they can change the terms of the membership after signing up (it expressly said you get 100 loyalty points for signing up)

It still does right now:

They could make it 1000 loyalty points, if it applies to everyone who is a member then it makes no difference

Yep, i am exactly the same.

I know it's often joked about, but it's absolutely right that these sorts of things wouldn't have happened on Dalrymple's watch, there's no right of reply, no consultation with fans, they just do stuff. I know that is in their gift, as it's their club, but it's just not right is it?

I went AWOL for a bit but whatever happened with the Olympiacos tickets, I left them with the club and haven't heard anything back?

Pissed off to the max with this

None of the guys at the top give 2 fucks about the fans. Only a matter of time until this automatic cup enrolment becomes mandatory as well.

StretfordEnd on FF said it was mandatory inside two seasons at United. New customers had to sign up to it and then everybody else the year after. I've no doubt we're role modelling the Glazers (FFS)

It implies that they offer a loyalty point system as previous years, if they knew it was being scrapped they should have said gives you early access to ticket releases

You can use the credit for a Cup game next season. Any difference in price is then put on your Wolves Cash account

If you are able to battle through the masses at 10am on a Monday morning to get a ticket...
